Betgem is founded on a simple idea: genuine enjoyment in gaming only occurs when players feel safe. For our customers in the UK, that protection arises from a solid dedication to safe gaming and complying with every guideline to the detail. This page walks you through our guidelines, the tools we offer, and the bodies we work with. We want to illustrate you how we fulfil the UK Gambling Commission’s strict standards, and how we go beyond them to look after our players.
Handling Complaints and Disputes
We seek to resolve any matters promptly and justly through our own complaints system, which is laid out in our Terms & Conditions. If you’re not satisfied with our final decision, you can refer your complaint to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) for no cost. IBAS is an unbiased body that adjudicates disputes between licensed operators and their users. This right to an external assessment is a key part of your security under our UKGC licence.
Fair Play and Fairness
You must believe in the games you play. We ensure fairness by using only software from providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) get tested by independent auditors like eCOGRA or iTech Labs. These RNGs make sure every card shuffle, dice roll, and slot spin is completely random. We also display the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game. This number provides you with a clear idea of what you might get back over time.
British Gambling Authority Licence
Every operator that takes the UK market earnestly must have a UK Gambling Commission licence. Ours is publicly verifiable (account number: [Betgem would insert actual licence number here]). It demonstrates we comply with some of the toughest gambling regulations globally. This licence demands high standards for equitable gaming, stopping money laundering, and safeguarding customers. The Commission reviews us on a routine basis to make sure we never drop below those standards.
Controlled Gaming Tools at Betgem
We give you useful tools to regulate your play. You’ll locate them in your account settings, ready any time. Our recommendation is to employ them from the start, making them a standard part of your routine. You can adjust most settings as you go, but if you decide to reduce a limit or step away, that change takes effect right away to safeguard you from impulsive, unwise choices.
